Full or Half Sibling? Get Siblingship DNA Testing

A sibling or siblingship DNA test can tell you if two or more persons share the same two parents. There are two types of DNA testing that can be performed to determine this genetic relationship:

  • Full Siblings. Full siblings are those persons with the same biological mother and father.

  • Half Siblings. Half siblings are those persons with same biological mother or father, but not both. Half-sibling twins occur when two sperm cells from two different males fertilize two egg cells at the time of conception.
